If USA hadn't installed Nazi puppet regime in Ukraine war would never happen.
Basically USA uses old primitive devide and conquer tactics which results in total devastation of any territory USA is involved. It happens all the time in all parts of the globe

Take any US president and his war crimes will outnumber what Putin did by several magnitudes.

Even assuming your preposterous claim that Ukraine doesn't have any agency of it's own, you have no problem with the permanent dictator of Russia to wage war and commit war crimes.
