you're paying for this schoolbus drivers $800k house

I hate to say it but I don’t care if people like this lose a home like that . They had no business buying it in the first place. They can lose that home and get one they can afford. I am not against the plan to help out home owners. Lets help out the ones that can still afford the homes they live in .

Then you must be against all types of corporations s class, c class, lcc

any structure that would allow people to insulate the wealth they suckout from the company while having loans

That is not even an issue.

Besides, a corporation would get a non-recourse loan only with 30-50% down.

The only reason people get non-recourse terms for low/no down payment loans is Liberal politics... greedy, reckless, and foolish politics.

Wrong.

Quote from negativetrend:

obviously the bank is more at fault.

the legal system has provisions for knowledge edge. the bank is the EXPERT therefore has a much greater duty of care than the consumer. The contract is NOT LEGALLY binding due to the obviously huge advantage the bank has over the consumer, plus the bank is GAURANTEED HUGE profits if the consumer pays the note, the consumer is merely speculating if he/she will make money on the transaction.

Facts are banks don't care about the consumer, only about profits and manipulate the consumer into doing things that injure the consumer without regard for fairness or rights.

This is only scratching the surface on how illegal and damaging bank mortgage notes are. Look up "contracts of adhesion" should you want to learn more in a small aspect of this matter.

Its time to put blame where it belongs 90% of the time, right back in the freaking banks face.

Shouldn't be able to "walk" with such non-consequence. All mortgage loans should either be "full recourse" or be properly collateralized with a big down payment.

Poperly collateralized? What's that? Judging by their actions, lenders thought housing prices were going up forever, just like buyers.

why is it not an issue, explain why a home owner should lose all assets and the business man shouldn't

is one better then the other in you're mind

I know it's difficult for you to face reality but that's how stupid YOU and all the other pro-deadbeat losers look to normal people who have integrity and can pay their own way in life.

Are you so bitter because your parents are getting foreclosed on and you'll have to move out of their basement?
