I reviewed the video....no mention of fixed fractional, fixed ratio, etc. ? No mention of how to measure return variability ? Again, videos for this kind of subject are stupid.

do you have a trading journal?
Of course.....this requires a razor-sharp intuition and incredible instincts. How many have this ?
I made several journals, but after a while it became apparent to me that I would need about 5 years of journals before they would be useful towards calling my future trades.
your journal is or will be the best book you ever read about trading than trading books, youtube videos, blogs etc. everything you need is in this book. if you study it, all your answer will be in your trading journal. that's my secret from a profitable stonk trader and sports better to you.
you realize you need 5 years of journal? just what kind of trading are you doing? are you trading crypto, equities, forex, futes or what? just how many trade do you do per day/week/month?
If I don’t do a YouTube video no one would ever believe me like my groupies Todd and SunTrader in this forum. I should start strapping a GoPro camera on my chest and just go do my day to day daily stuffs:
For example today 10/4/22 all on EST.
6 am - woke up and took a shower and get ready to go in my midtown office
7 am - took a 1 minute quick glance on how futes are doing.
8 am - get into the office. Helped out a user with a pc problem.
9:30 am - 11 am: start trading the stonk market during my down time.
11 am - Saw the spy was acting choppy starting around 10 am. It lasted till 1 pm. I usually don’t trade in a choppy range. And it is around my lunch time, so I turned on my door dash and grub hub apps. Saw a good order near my office….did like 6 orders all within a block or 2 away from my office. Got like $51 in one hour of work. The last 2 orders, got caught in a heavy down pour. Lesson learned here. Don’t do food delivery in the pouring rain even though there was some good money to be made.
12 pm - came back to the office and saw spy was still acting kinda gay. so no trades during these time.
1 pm - saw the spy broke down and start shorting the stonk market.
2 pm - 4 pm - if opportunities arises, do some power hours trading.
4 pm - 5 pm - finished entering all my trades for the day in my trading journal and do a quick analysis on each trade and any IT related work in the office
5 pm - start looking at what baseball, basketball or football games to bet on for the night.
So what did I learn from today trading? Less is more. I got 16 winners and 1 losers and I made more money compare to yesterday of trading which was 30 winners and 6 losers. 59 green days and 14 red days on my arbitrage trading strategy. So you see fellas…this is how you win everyday in life. Hopefully one day you can become a winner and not like some of the losers that keeps trolling me here.
Since my groupies like Todd or Suntrader would doubt my story, I have included some of my screenshot of my office trading setup, my food delivery earning, some of my trades, and sport bets for today.

Well, since you are so secretive, we'll never learn from you. So you should just "shut up" and quit posting all of this drivel....and worthless links.
I’m not being secretive. Hint…look at my trading setup screenshot…one of the chart will give you hint why the spy was acting kinda gay around 12 pm est. also how long you been trading? How many trades do you do per day/week/month? What do you trade? Stonks, options, FUTES, forex or what?

i post screenshot cause my groupies like suntrader and todd would doubt that i'm for real. but i'm the real deal hollyfield. how can it be all losses if i got 16 winners and 1 losers trading the spy today? how about you? how many trades did you do today? are you green or red at the end of today?
