Interesting... only one crypto mentioned. My what a difference a year makes huh.

I like Monero in the cryptosphere and short GLD with plenty of wiggle room.

Percentage wise I guess M1nt probably wins. I don't see a quote for 12/30 on Monero. Its $330 now.

FeatherMaker wins the lump of coal.

And AMZN re-tests $400.

I believe IWM will drop roughly 40% in the coming year. I'm positioned for that possibility.

Indeed it makes a difference, I think I got stopped in everything but Lockheed and only got back into Adobe. I'm bad at remembering old positions so often move on to others. Sold AMD as a loss last week. C'est la vie

Been saying this for four straight years now and have been wrong every year....but.....sooner or later, Emerging Markets are going to have a big bull market that sticks (unlike the China breakout that then crashed and burned in 2014).

If you look at valuation spreads between USA and Brazil, Russia, China, etc, they are at the widest level in at least 25 years. Sooner or later, something has to give.

We finally got the big emerging markets rally - EEM was up 34.6% in 2017, vs. a still very strong 19.6% for the SPY

For sure, looking to diversify my bond holdings into emerging markets.... But domestic is too juicy too
