Your opinion on my picks for 09/17?

Here is my strategy for today. What do you think of it, guys?

$STXS made a huge move couple of days ago then fell, and got a recent spike. looking for a second day bounce
$EFOI looking for a continuation of a bounce
$CAPN if it gets ove 2 day high it could go up 20-30%. low float stock
$ITEK didnt provide trade setups, still looking for potential good setups.
$NYMX if it gets up to 3.10 then we might get a breakout

STXS and EFOI don't look good, no momentum. CAPN looks good. ITEK and NYMX look OK but might wait for them to break out first.

Don't buy STXS seems pretty unstable, $EFOI momentum stopped. $CAPN should close green, maybe 2.80 or above. $ITEK is the stock that you can buy now, but to get some money here you should wait until probably mid-2016. $NYMX looks good.
