If everyone had some level of acquired immunity the virus would cease to spread. It will generally get nowhere past a couple of very close contacts sometimes (and make them a bit ill perhaps).

Vaccinated people have way less viral load. Convalescent wild infection people do also. Put the two together and you have no way for the virus to spread.

This is how herd immunity works in human society.

But we can't have that because of the dirty fuckers being contrary.

At least others who I debate on this forum have a modicum of intellectual prowess. They can form complete sentences, use punctuation, read basic English and type it without constant punctuation errors that make it look like they are posting while wearing oven mitts.

For months now we all knew this would eventually happen.

Many insurance companies offer what's known as "wellness incentives" to employers. hat qualifies you for discounts with your employer.

This is a workaround because some companies are afraid of being sued if they raise the rates for those that are not vaccinated just as they're afraid to be sued if they raise the rates on those that are smokers, drinkers, or have a history of health-related problems.

Wellness Incentives as a workaround simply reward those that can prove they're making an effort to stay healthy. A lot of companies now offer discounts for those that are vaccinated instead of raising the rates on those that are not vaccinated.

It appears they are raising rates on those who are not vaccinated rather than giving discounts to the vaccinated. More akin to charging smokers more for health insurance.

Covid vaccinations are new and its work in progress for some insurance companies. We'll know more by this time next year as many insurance companies will have updated their coverage plans.

I have private insurance in the United States, I recently received a letter in the mail about an update for those that make a Critical Illness Insurance claim or a Disability Insurance claim that states simply "Covid-19 is not currently a covered condition" plus they give a different 1-888 number to call in comparison to the prior phone number in my plan paperwork.

I have not called them for more information but I do plan to do such soon out of curiosity even though I'm fully vaccinated...just in case because I want to know what coverage I have if my children or I have a breakthrough infection when we travel to the United States and we're fully vaccinated.

In comparison, my life insurance specifically recently mention a "wellness discount" after I sent them a copy of my vaccination status last month. I earned a discount on my rates.

Yet, when I go to their website... it's generic information that states they support government-approved vaccines to combat the Covid-19 Pandemic with a link to a phone number. I have yet to call them for any details.

By the way, here's the Covid vaccination status here in Canada in which we've reached a critical threshold considering I recently read that 20% of Canadians may have had Covid this year in 2021 but not know it because they had mild symptoms...

If that's true or even close to those with Natural Immunity for at least (at best) one year plus the below vaccination status....that would in theory put Canada very close to 100% but it does not imply 100% everywhere in Canada considering there are still (as of yesterday) areas having outbreaks among those not vaccinated.

Yet, Covid deaths the past few days have only been among those not vaccinated.

If children are not vaccinated for Covid by the 2022/23 school year in most states then they will not be allowed to attend school. This is already in motion. Note that children already have a minimum of 10 vaccines that are required to attend school in all 50 states. The parents can try to get medical or religious exemptions. Many states don't allow religious vaccination exemptions for school. Most states require clear medical documentation for medical exemptions for vaccination exemptions for schools.
