COVID would kill the people it kills regardless of your lockdowns, silly mask mandates, restrictions and all the stupid crap you push daily. The only difference is that you're killing people who wouldn't have died from COVID, and removing their ability to make a living. You're the ghoul.
Here's the reality with Omicron -- the unvaccinated are over 5 times more likely to be infected with Omicron, the unvaccinated are more than 17 times more likely to be hospitalized with Omicron, and the unvaccinated are over 98 times more likely to die due to Omicron -- when compared to the vaccinated.
At this point it is pretty clear in multiple studies that having a previous variant of Covid while unvaccinated provides nearly no immunity whatsoever to Omicron. Vaccinated (especially with boosters) at least provides some effective immunity to Omicron -- despite Omicron being vaccine evasive.
On top of this the unvaccinated are variant factories -- nearly all the mutations and new variants of Covid are generated in the unvaccinated. Which is why we see new variants of concern at this point coming out of places on the globe with low vaccination rates like Africa.
This is coupled with the reality that vaccination reduces Long Covid.
At this point the unvaccinated are the issue -- especially those who deliberately refuse to be vaccinated when vaccines are readily available in their country. These are the people clogging up hospital systems, regularly spreading Covid, generating new variants and will be a future burden on our society with Long Covid. The deliberately unvaccinated are the individuals for political purposes who don't want the Covid pandemic to end apparently -- it is no surprise they are the same characters who are against proper public health measures such as masks in the middle of a pandemic. These deliberately unvaccinated are the people undermining society who don't want to return to a "pre-Covid" situation but want to inflict pain widely across their communities by ensuring we never reach a "endemic" situation.
