Quote from Random.Capital:
The available evidence suggests neanderthal women hunted right alongside neanderthal men.
The broad strokes truth is women are generally better than men at most tasks not involving sheer strength. The further culture moves away from brute-force activities - and we are very very far along that progression - the more the balance of relative value shifts away from men and towards women.
Frankly speaking, men are far far more expendable than women.
Ask the ants.

I got laid off from my job in January, its tough, I decided to go back to school to finish off my diploma.
Llooking all around me in Canada, young men who don't have any desire to work or either go back to school. When speaking to a lot of men about this, they say the same thing; "We can't get a job or women have taken over."
Do you guys feel this is sort of an accurate statment? When I come to think of it, it is partially true, more and more women are entering fields that were dominated by men, boys are not encouraged in schools, and its led to a disenchantement with a lot of them.
; even if there is unfair "affirmative action" in some areas, just as in the US. Those other guys seem like they're really dropping the ball, and looking for an excuse for their own indolence and/or lack of initiative. Do many of them smoke a lot of pot? I think it can reduce motivation.
