Outliers and one-in-a-million one-offs exist. I don't know much about Cameron. The internet seems to be divided as to whether he's a Sykes-style pump-and-dumper or legit. It doesn't sound like he gives a track record for his alerts, though. One thing is for sure: he runs a trading service so he doesn't have to depend on compounding $500 accounts all the time...makes you wonder if it's something he couldn't repeat.
Oh sure, of course there is some pumping and dumping going on in his media. Not saying he is 100% bona fide legit and working for the greater good. I do find his videos in the series to be compelling and entertaining though. His voice is strangely irritating but one gets over things like that.
I would bet a dollar to a donut that he could do it again. To be safe, he could open say 3 of those $583 accounts and have a nearly ironclad chance of success. Remember, he actually does know how to trade and if you watch his vids from the $1M challenge, you will see that he doesn't make too many serious mistakes. Most of his down days are result of reasonable if sometimes a bit high risks gone wrong, and some of his wins are little short of brilliant.
IMHO the hardest part probably was trading up to $25k so he could move his account to a US one. He was playing it pretty loose to beat the offshore brokers' commissions and fees. OTOH $583 is an amount that would not hurt a bit to lose. He probably paid his production staff that much for a single vid.
Would he have bailed from the challenge if he had a major drawdown? Admitted failure? Either way the publicity would not have been a bad thing for his business. And if he had tanked his account right off the bat trying to break into the five figure range, he could always just start all over again and deleted the vids.
The point I will concede here that someone will otherwise call me out on, is this was more for publicity, more "stunt trading", than the fruit of a genuine need to make $1M and a genuine capitalization in the three figures range. And yet it does point out that it is far from impossible to trade a small account into a big one, but of course your chances are way better if you are a skilled trader.

It's not personal. You've made some big claims about your own trading success. Can you prove them or not? If not, why should we believe anything you say? If you've compounded a $200 account to a much bigger sum, simply do it again...publicly. Just remove your personal details from any statements, etc.

The burden of proof is on you, not me. Are you going to show either account statements or trade through a audited, 3rd party service...or continue making unproven claims?
