Young Adults Vs. Elderly, Urban Vs. Rural. Simultaneous Housing Scarcity & Surplus

rural is where it's at bruh. I'm about to put a bunch of cash into a country home. Surprising result though... Still expensive as fuck. I guess I'm paying to keep the deplorables out though there isn't anyone around for miles.

Rural housing has never been strong. Ever.
All of the close in areas are 100% built out. Demand far exceeds supply. I'm seeing more and more tear downs, and these are in average neighborhoods, not really high end.
