you make money from big price movements not from light vs.heavy trading.
But low volume, is like a low resolution picture, you lose the detail. it's just price is XXXXX then a pause and your thinking, issue, then jumps 8pts, where as normally it's moving 10 times per second small amounts and I can see, it's moving up slowly then dumping quickly so all sellers and I aim to join them, with a 10second gap between moves, just not possible

Where it could get interesting is if the Dems DO NOT flip Congress as expected, and Rep hold Senate as expected.
So Rep continue to hold both sides....more Trump stimulus in 2019 equals higher rates.

You gotta be careful though.
Last week the Dow moved 250 points ( or so ) and 125 of those points were related to Boeing Airlines falling 25 points. One stock can make the DJI move disproportionate to the rest of the market......
Unless you are following ES and then it doesn't matter.
I don't recall the volume though.
I bet Tuesday will be light trading......but Wednesday will be interesting.
Only in that they have to redirect their campaign contributions.
