You read it here first!

Swing trading portfolio opened today:
100 CRM @ 152.14
400 CRC @ 40.32
400 MDCO @ 40.26
200 SIG @ 67.68
All long positions. 6 to 8 weeks time horizon.
Let's rock and roll!

OK you have entered the trade.

Where are your exits? Profit target? Stop?

Why 6 to 8 weeks?

Er, wrong...
1) Re-scaled the position on CRC (cut it in half) and
2) got in SIG and MDCO for 100 and 200 shares respectively early today, not last night.
So entry points are as follows:
CRM $153.45 100 shares yesterday
CRC $40.145 200 shares yesterday with 100 sold today
MDCO $40.175 200 shares today
SIG $65.32 100 shares tody as well
So the P&L is as follows:
CRM -$75
CDC $106 realized (sold 100) $321 unrealised
MDCO -$111
SIG -$112
So that adds up to +$129. Should I use red caps to celebrate?
Besides, why TF should I care what the position did today? Especially at +/- couple hundred $ on a $38k trade. I'm in this thing for several weeks. Position can be scaled up or down without prior notice so your arithmetic may or may not work. Today it doesn't.
Have a great week end

ER, wrong. You stated your positions last night with prices and shares and said "let's rock and roll" . Now you said you did not get in last night but this morning with lower prices???? But the ones that went up, you bought last night as originally stated!!!! That is very convenient. And you stated swing trade with 6 week timeframe, but today you are day trading in and out. I am done with reading this one.

Why bother to post at all if you are going to change your positions without notice?

Not much credibility here.

There's zero profit. Profit is when you unwind your trade at a gain. Trade is not unwound so that money is still in the market. That number is meaningless: it just reflects the trade's value at Friday's close, which is past already. That value will change every second the market is open. Which is why I don't pay much attention to this number.
That being said, and as Lao Tseu said in 5000 BC or thereabout: "better a small plus than a big minus" lol
