Oh no! Dozens! And what has this digression got to do with anything? Your own list puts California at number 3 when it comes to business environment, so what's the context for this deflection? If you are making the point that having a good business environment doesn't mean that the citizens in general are well off then that's exactly the point I have been making about red states.
