Sure, but neither of us are fiddlers. Funny that you mention this. My wife was just approached by someone who wants fiddling lessons. They asked her if she knew how to .... ( two words I can't remember ), both of us looked at each other and neither of us had a clue what they were asking.

Violin and Fiddle, quite a different world, but my wife has attempted with some success some of the folk repertoire.

Depends on what you're looking for. You can't find all of the crap that is available on your cable package, but recognise that 99.9999% of what is on your cable package is complete mind numbing stupidity.

yeah, but here in the USA, pot isn't legal, so tv is still cheaper. I have DirecTV, for 50 bucks I can get 99.99% of my mind numb.

If I want to watch what's available on the internet I can always smoke a joint and make it through most of it.

By the time I'm done even the infomercials are funny.

Now I pull up the program guide and quickly flip thru all the TV shows and movies that are available on my package. Takes about 3 mins.

I just want to turn it on and chill out. Same as a toaster, push button and I have toast in 3 mins?

I do NOT want to spend 30 mins searching multiple sites for the same / similar content or to watch a TV show.


Can you get me a similar level of service for free off the web?

Sorry, can't relate with pot smoking, and it isn't legal in Canada. They've tried to make it legal without success. Talk to bwolinsky about pot smoking. He got charged with wreakless driving after a car chase when he tried to hide his pot habit.

These days, ET is a great source for numbing my mind. :D

Oh, I know, and you're quite right. You pay $50 to $100/month so that you have a convenient way to space-out every evening after work. Great way to contol the American population so that you're too lazy and stupid to fight the growing corruption in the Government. Canada and Canadians are no better.

No, not exactly like that. I pay $50 to $100/month to avoid wasting time while even wasting more time watching. get the diff? While your spending 20-30 mins searching for the latest fav 30 min shitcom, for free, I've watched TWO shitcoms. do you see my point?

So, the question remains unanswered can you get me the same or near similar level of SERVICE?
