That's bull shit. This administration did hardly nothing as far as terrorists are concerned. Instead, they diverted and depleted tax-payer money on catching harmless illegal immigrants. Are you kidding me? What has Bush done to stop illegal immigration? He has put a small amount of window dressing on this problem because the country wanted illegal immigration stopped, but he certainly hasn't put much time, effort or money towards stopping the flow.
