I dont deviate from those. Take it or leave it, those conditions are very reasonable especially for a guy with such big mouth like you.
You have some unreasonable conditions e.g. disclosing my personal identify, emailing you statements etc. And there are other issues which may lead to dispute, for example how to verify pure daytrading P&L from trading accounts which also have overnight positions; how to verify results from 10 years ago etc. Anyway, I will PM you to discuss it.
