RALLIES around the world are pushing markets to their ultimate limits. Nearly every market around the world is putting in new highs.

5th straight year. Some of these markets havent seen a pullback in years.

Look at the IBOVESPA, in the last 4 years it has gone from 10,000 to over 40,000.

The Mexico:^MXX in the last 4 years has gone from 6,000 to 25,000.

The Bombay exchange has gone from 4,000 to 14,000 in 4 years...


How long can these rallies last??

last may was a SERIOUS pullback for India, and most emerging markets - a la ~25% area.

I recall because some of my funds got nailed.

there's a lot of hot money out there... it used to chase housing. now its chasing emerging markets.

HAvent emerging markets been the place for the last 5 years or so...
 
am i reading this right, ym ended trading today at 12612 then settled the day at 12539? that's pretty interesting, don't think i've seen that before - a strong rally with a settle near the bottom
