YM Traders

Midnight Rally Crew on strict orders not to show up tonight...in fact I think they are on strike, encouraged by recent MTA developments.

Go shorts!

Why should an intraday trader hold on to a short {sell} when the market turned up at 10:30 or any other time

After an intial sign of weakness, most neophyte traders would be suckered into shorting a pull back. But, if you know that there is a 75% chance that the market is going to turn around on a day, then they can keep that in mind when they do take a position.

It helps discretionary traders to get a better feel for the markets, which you shouldn't worry about since you are a mechanical trader.

mechanical trader should trade what he has seen a few thousand times.....and has confidence in........but that should eventually lead him to read a chart naked as a jaybird........not the trader naked but the chart.......LOL........seriously, Rip, when the real turn can be recognized we can usually capture positive points...buying or selling...... ......mechanical or not.......without being late.........2 things I look for ........early entry and high accuracy.......... master that without all the hoopla and we have success most of the time........buy low sell high early........that simple...........watch the big picture and we can see the real picture.......I have developed about 6 systems all of which are extremely accurate.....I am not a goo d trader a s mind is screwed up can't u tell........brother trades for me.....he has a 100% system in his hands and hates to sell.....i consider breakeven a win.....only bad thing is losing.........stock trading for years has created emotional issue with selling for brother.......I have extreme hypertension and stroke related stuff that keeps me from doing my thing yet...coming soon....real money real time.......
