I am trying a blackgaurd longer term strategy at the moment.
Today was a heck of an equity swing but I am riding on a nice last week and can afford to take the risk. As I said I am looking for 80+ points on this trade even though I had a crappy entry.

I didn't see you post that you were looking for 80 points when you entered that trade. Perhaps I missed it. It does look like you are making up the rules as you go along. If I did miss it, apologies in advance:)

imo we could have a sucker spike at 10380 to shake out the shorts and sucker in longs who are looking at the gap fill and counting their $ already. Extremely Dangerous waters here to be positioning trading. Personally if ES is below 1201 tomorrow and shows sign of weakness I will start scaling into a short position.

ripley whats your stop

You guys are making me nervous by asking me too many questions.

I am already nervous to take a trade overnight. Even more nervous to take a LONG trade overnight.

I liked the strength before the close, plus I think it is a bit oversold due to the earnings from DELL etc.

And this is not the size that I usually trade. Its small, thus nothing much to lose even if I am wrong tomorrow morning.

Long 2 contracts at 410...

I am working on an overnight strategy: BUY on 90 pt move down right before the close.

Couldn't agree with you frankly. At lest this trade is a bit too early and carrys huge risk; it might give you huge reward but sounds gambling......

Just personal view, DON'T take me too seriously.
