Why am I bearish?

first resistance at 10350 that was once support before it broke down.


Very strong resistance at 10380.


The 50 % retracement from the last high to the last low is right around 10380 also.






Looks like the midnight rally boys are giving the shorts a hard time already. Nothing like a gap up to add to a position.







If I am right this trade will be good for 50+ points.
Maybe I am wrong but that's my story and I am sticking to it.

more likely the floor will come and jack the market up to take out stops before pulling it back eod. Breaks 10400 takes us to 10465.

Best to keep in mind that it's that 1 trade that we put too much conviction behind that can wipe out weeks of hard work/profits.

was your 20 pt stop loss triggered volente mini's hit 96?we haven't had a nice sustianed grinding all day up day in along long time as the put to call ratio was off the charts last week in the 1.20 to 1.50 range amny times i'd be careful shorting this dull sideways market

this is my last note on this subject but there goes any credibility you had. when the futures run 50 against you you'rE miraculously out but the ym's went 26 pts against you and the 20 pt stop you contstantly preach wasn't in affect. you seem to have your cake and eat it which is hogwash in this game. again last note on this subject
