Porgie.... the mkt does not move on its own... it takes people, people who believe it will go up, and people who will believe it will go down. Emotions is what moves the market. Although mkt has changed much in the last 400 yrs..... human emotion has not... whether its e-minis, or tulips .... man's emotions stays constant.

These emotions are played out every day .... and leave their foot prints in the charts. Over and over.

This has nothing to do with indicators..... just charts. Looking at the daily chart..... would you be be buying tomorrow??? Not me. Would i buy now on the 60 min chart... yeah maybe.... looks like it found support on 200ma... but still setting up for a fall on the daily... not a big fall.... but a fall nevertheless.

So i shorted on the last hour.....@ 11318... lets see what happens.

If i loose this trade it will be a setback... if it works out... it will bring my account to near an all time high.

And yeas... i know im already underwater for 14 pts..... but .... its the business we're in.

is this trade a longer term? especially u use daily chart. target?

we are the enemy not the market........nothing said here good or bad will help or harm one person's trading.............it is all useless rhetoric including mine as no one is here to learn..........just to see their name on posts and trying to become legends in their minds.........there is no one here that can teach me anything i don't already know......and if there is, it is not going to help me as i won't accept it anyway, just like the rest........i like to type........
 
if an indicator shows a pattern for 5 years and it always produces x # of points..........and u can enter in time to catch most of those points, would u think that indicator works..........??? i hope so......when i read tha t indicators don't work and i also see the trend doesn't work comments.........i hav e to wonder...well, i gues s i s hould take my system down that works at ridiculous accuracy and chunk it since others don't know how to find my indicators and my trends taht are obvious to the entir world...............almost all and i mean all traders are trapped in the same box with the rest of losing traders because they learn from the same books....i was in that same box for years....cried a lot, sick a lot, depressed a lot...........best to learn fromyourself.....then go the books to help clean up the mind and prepare the mind for trading the system that you found after a few years of slave labor...mental ......emotional.......
 
Don't worry. They don't intend to teach you, or want you to teach them even if you are qualified.
