It works because everyone is ready to trade, so somebody blinks first, then everyone piles in.

I am sure there must be an engineering term for it.

o.t. has anybody heard the rumour that n. korea is harbouring bin laden?

no. t-day was part of it. basis was sentiment and time. mostly sentiment.some other factors were involved too.

btw, I have had one losing call on this thread. I covered a short call for a 4 pt loss a while back. Everything else has been a winner. Up about 380 pts.

that's why I don't post stops for these kinds of trades because most times there won't be a need for one. Its a what I call a key level or turning point.
