Once again I was early and my stop was hit.
The scalper in me wanted to take profits at 10602 which is STS from overnight trading but I get bored just scalping and am trying to catch larger moves.

I just don't like trading right before an eco number as they have a tendancy to stop me out on silly spikes either way.
 
market feels like it wants to go higher. i feel excitment in the air. whyats so odd is oil has barely fallen in weeks and the hurricaine is forgotten
 
Divisor Change for Dow Jones Industrial Average

Due to the following action, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIAsm) will be calculated with a new divisor at the open of trade on Monday, October 3, 2005.

American Express Co. (AXP) spin off of Ameriprise Financial Inc. (AMP) will be effective for the open of trade on Monday, October 3, 2005.

As a result, the current divisor for the DJIA is:

0.12493117
