No, mine is 4 and knows better than to get caught

Lets say you are doing quite well and your broker sees that you are. Can a broker "see" your chart live with all the markups and figure out how you are trading? When I read this the next question pops up again: can these systems be reversed engineered? Because everybody sees all the trades in detail.

Nevertheless can a broker "see" what one is writing and drawing on their charts as the day progresses? That is really my question. Like i know if one has a platform problem they can get on the phone with you and with your permission lock on your screen to see what is happening on your computer with their platform. They do this to help solve the problem. My question is can they do this at will without ones knowledge? Maybe someone who has been in the brokerage business might have some insight on this? It is not a question of they could but won't because of integrity or trust but CAN they do it? Or lets say you say your platforms work spaces for the day with all your trades and annotations on it. Can they access it?In another thread on ET some posters mentioned that entries and exits with timing are enough to break (reverse engineer) the code. So they don't need charts, markups or anything else.
Just when did you enter at what price, and when did you exit at what price. And yes, my broker has this information too.
I personally think they cannot, in the best case they can try to imitate.

Can you reverse engineer a trading strategy by just looking at trades?
Not if you wrap it all in foil.Nevertheless can a broker "see" what one is writing and drawing on their charts as the day progresses? That is really my question. Nobody had a clue? For years the NSA was spying but noboby had any clue about that. Till Snowdon appeared.
So you are never sure and in best case you find out when it is too late.
Nobody had a clue?
Pffff. Speak for yourself.
But to the question.... in Windows....
Click Start > Control Panel > System > Advanced System settings > Remote tab.
Uncheck "Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer".
