Not ideal for doing anything on YM, just sideways small range chop.

It could go either way, 30 pts sl/pl is subject to much noise.
Not to say you cant make money with a 30 pts sl/pl in the long run, you just have to pick your entries very carefully otherwise the noise will get you, even if you are right about direction.
Entering in the after market after a choppy slow day just looks like a random entry to me.
