YM in a Can

Quote from ElectricSavant:

When you replies and posts are always followed with a "frowning face avatar with a worried look" it detracts from your meaning.

Please remove that, I have noted that everone of your posts have this.

Strategically, it would be quite useful imo when posting on ET!

If you folks have not noticed the level count tab in the spreadsheet take a look.

So far the Level Count suggests that Position Size Management cannot be applied to a certain "more productive level" as the levels all have a 50% winrate and are created equal. (there are more trades at level 3)

I still think the 5 step Position Size Management is the way to go.

P.S. Remember we go flat today. Without revealng too much, the backtestor is testing both going flat and holding over into Sunday.

This Journal is not making any claims.

For me it is a testing Journal.

The real deal will come soon with real trades. I do not know yet how to verify them. There is a way, but my broker is not a sponser of ET, so I do not want to mention how you could view my account. This is a pity. So I can take a snapshot of my equity run and post here as an attachment.

One thing, the trades are posted before they execute, its the fills that need to be kept honest!

9:30 am which time zone please? You mean est (the open of the RTH session) Right?

Fills are a problem afterhours. Also I have found even very wide stops get spiked out at night or at 9.30 am.

Yes, when the market opens at 9.30am. Have had 65 point stops taken out on spikes consequently will not have stops at this time and afterhours if I have or take a position. Just look how YM drops down lately after 4.pm est . Takes out lots of stops.
