YHOO says NO to MSFT

Very interesting battle among the big boys. YHOO has approached GOOG. GOOG could goose the bidding higher just to make MSFT pay more. GOOG is also raising antitrust issues.

With YHOO and GOOG talking, MSFT is caught in the middle. They'll either have to pay to much, or endure all the ammo that YHOO-GOOG can launch to discomfort MSFT.
 
YHOO is overrated. They'll never be able to get as good a deal from MSFT again. Unless, MSFT does something even more foolish and ups the ante.
