Tons of money to spend, lots of creditcard debt.

It all works out. Rising oil and food has no affect on consumer for various reasons.

Um because of 4% inflation consumers are used to paying increasing amounts for food and gas year after year.

So by that reasoning, food and gas prices have only risen 4%? Not sure where you shop, but here in Ca. prices have risen just a bit more than that.
