Exactly....all under the guidance (or lack thereof) of Terry Semel. He was so bad. Second only to the ever-so-awful Ed Zander....a turkey at Sun Micro, and so proven as a turkey at Motorola.
Amerian is so lacking any decent corporate leadership.
