Well the Zion warrants acted like this during this year. But there was a very good reason why they did. I am guessing you dont understand the actual terms of the warrant you are speaking. Make sure you understand the currency in play (GG warrants), the ability of the underlying to rewrite the terms, or the ability of the underlying to apply a special div that undercuts the warrants.

PSS I didnt find any information to justify any of the price action, and called Zion themselves to ask.
