I would certainly hope not. I can't think of a more direct conflict, but then he is on the DNC case where his sister was involved. This is the kind of thing that infuriates me about Sessions. He recuse himself over a purely speculative conflict, then the DOJ allows something like this.

Imran was arrested in Virginia and lives there, so it is not totally clear which jurisdiction, ie DC or Virginia, will handle this. The U.S. Attorney's office in Alexandria seems to be involved in many of these types of cases.
