Sometime you see ideas expressed here show up as talking points on the news shows the next day. sometimes you see the exact phrase or word be used.

One time the word used juxtaposition. Had not seen the word used at a press briefing in my life. The next day it showed up at a press briefing related to the exact issue.

I also suspect some people here do get involved in politics even if it is just local.

The use of the term "liberal" is inappropriate in this post. You were asking for examples of when you lack civility in how you discuss the world around you. That's one, your perpetual attempt to discuss the US in terms of two political sides. That and how you quickly start calling people stupid when they confront you on your behavior.

If you don't want stupid threads full of this stuff on here, don't post stupid themes meant to stir them up. Or own your shit and stop pretending.

Political affiliation has zero to do with all these alleged or real sexual offences. The only real connection is if a party or group of citizens decides to elect one of these people despite their history. Alabama as a state sends a message if they elect Moore; I don't care what party he represents. Some Americans might care deeply about which party but it's mostly bs; both parties have been highly ineffective ( some would say useless ) for at least 17 years, leading to a decline in the prosperity of the US.
