Joe knew it was wrong but since he is part of the US Military War Machine, he helped vote the USA into the war. War is a great money maker.

Joe knew it was a bad idea but he is subservient to the War Machine. You know, the Swamp.

Trump would never do that because he is smarter than Joe. He is not subservient to the War Machine.
