Trump isn't going to run again. He is going to say that he is running again and use that to secure an income (PAC,. donations). But he will then decline to run when the time comes because he will not risk being a two-time loser. He will say he would run but it is clear he can never win again because the Dems and the fraud so Repubs need a candidate the Dems won't use fraud against.
