Yes Mother, IF Trump loses this election He Will Be Elected Again in 2024

For real, I would tend to agree.
That's not music.
I mean it is, but there's no originality there, that's 4 sure.
Trite progressions.
It was 1975 though.
Soooo.... maybe trite, maybe not. Commercially at least.

If one can't identify a song (a rock song) with the lead break.... it's trite.
Lyrics are lyrics, I mean anyone can identify lyrics.... but if we're talking the rock genre... the lead (guitar) break has to be distinctive.

Here's this one.
It sucks.
Queued.

A bored kid can do that on a guitar.
The razor edge, acid test test question is... can you identify the song by the lead break?
On this one.... F no. (I apologize for the f word Cotton)

But to that end... everyone remembers "White punks on dope" as a lyric. If they were alive then.
So whatever. @Overnight likes it lol.

Musically however, if a song is to traverse the test of time, as in send it up on a Space-Ex mission.. the lead break has to be unique. This one's trash.

.

I never typed I liked it. See what happens when you put people on ignore, and then take them off in the middle of a thread? You lose the missing messages you could not see at first, and then come in with other insinuations when not reviewing the whole story again!

Take everyone off ignore/block, and re-read yer threads! heh

He was on ignore for 5 minutes. Or less. And it was just now... not "in the middle of the thread".

So everything you said... is 1000 and 1 percent immaterial to what I wrote.

Of course Buddhists drink! They drink near as much as we do (women less) and they also usually eat meat. You know nothing Jon Snow, nothing about this world. How can you know so much nothing?

You clearly didn't read the Tripitaka. Buddhism has 5 precepts and one of them is 'abstain from drinking'.

Yeah I did. And I lived in several Buhddist countries for years. I lived in a buhddist monastery (renting a room mostly) for several months. I have had a couple of Buddhist girlfriends.

The drinking thing is not a major deal for them as long as it does not interfere with development, all just guidelines. Anyway, many preferred heroine and video games where I used to live. World of Warcraft was a bigger danger to young monks than a few beers any day.
