Homebuilders are next, they are gonna look like the Casino's. Stocks like NVR, RYL, BZH have no business being at the levels they are not now. By Thanksgiving IMHO they will be cut in half. I'll take some time tomorrow to yap more about it but now I gotta go to bed.

I did not get much of a chance to scan tonight. At about 6pm I learned that one of my good friends from high school had been killed late last night. He was 25 and had just gotten married, its unfortunate that sometimes it takes something terrible to remind you of how luck you are to have what you do, and to remember the things that are truely important in life. Its hard to face the fact that you are not immortal, especially when you are young, but please take the time to tell those people you care about that you do care. And try not to be overwhelmed by the little things in life too.
