No. Not unless it actually starts going down for a while. It might behave a bit like BRLC which some took it to the chin just today. But who managed to short that stock?

I have no bet on it but looks like Q3 was good. Pre-market drop to 33 and up to 44

Looks like CHNR last week with the trading.
 
Pump and dump phase 2 is complete now with Verizon.

So that leaves next patent /lawsuit BS with AT&T.


I didn't touch it fwiw. Anybody going to fade this garbage to sub $2 again? I tried last time but did not find shares.

So you're going to short on the open? It's up 75% in after hours so... might not be a bad play... it's just scary the fact that they could pull out a horseshoe and all the shorts have to cover
