yellen says the fed needs to do more!!!! what else would she say

Quote from sprstpd:

Anyone who tries to save money, be prepared to be screwed over doubly fast now with Yellen on board.

Not just savers... EVERBODY! Even if you have a $Bazillion stock/RE portfolio, you'll be bankrupt. When the world cries "No Mas" on the $USD, our currency will crash and turn into Monopoly money.

Think not? Study a little of world financial history. Has happened many, MANY times before... always the same result. And always for the same reason... GREEDY GOVERNMENT DEFICIT SPENDING WHICH LEADS TO CURRENCY DEBASEMENT! Ring any bells??

What is the deal with these prepared remarks released yesterday ? Aren't they usually released the same day at 10 am ? Yesterday's huge rally looks fishy in light of the news from Yellen we got after the close .

Is there any chance true patriots in Congress will block her nomination ?

Yellen on Stocks: This Isn’t a Bubble

By STEVEN RUSSOLILLO

Janet Yellen, the nominee to head the Federal Reserve, says the U.S. stock market is not in a bubble, judging by traditional valuation metrics. The S&P 500 is up 24% this year, has hit a series of record highs and has risen by more than 160% off the bear-market low in March 2009.

“Stock prices have risen pretty robustly,” she told lawmakers Thursday. But looking at several valuation measures — she specifically cited equity-risk premiums — she said: “you would not see stock prices in territory that suggest…bubble-like conditions.
