Looks like one of those outdoor concerts...people started leaving midway because they're bored or trying to find outdoor chemical toilets that you see at a local fair / amusement park before a long drive home.
I recommend those people to bring their own Portable Flushing Toilet when going to a Trump outdoor speech because they're going to need to take a big poop midway of his speech prior to heading home early.
Good investment too because a portable flushing toilet can also be used when camping and such.
They even make them with their own portable toilet tent for privacy.
