US President Joe Biden addressed the attack by Palestinian militants Saturday, saying, "The United States stands with Israel."

"There is never justification for terrorist attacks," Biden said in his remarks from the White House, where he condemned the militant group Hamas for launching a surprise attack on Israel early this morning.

He added that the US will have Israel's back. "We will make sure that they have the help their citizens need, and they can continue to defend themselves," the president said.

Biden said he spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and said that his administration's support for Israel's security "is rock solid and unwavering.".......

This could be a relatively simple reaction to Israel's attacks in Gaza killing kids last week and this year been the highest on record for Benny's boys killing and bulldozing.

Another manufactured crisis.

Ultra Orthadox Jews were praying for a violation of the status quo agreement over stupid temple mount and other they claim that's on land that the Gaza bunch want as part of the two state solution. It's unquestionable that the balance of asshole behaviour has been weighted to ultra-orthodox bullshittery recently.

I'm saying is that Israel has a history of baiting/tricking opponents into attacks and then pouncing.

The Middle East, a hotbed of fanatical religious countries, who instead of practising tolerance, decide that their God and their priorities are more important.

Until religions decide to be more tolerant of other different people, there will be no resolves.

USA I hope doesn't become embroiled in this conflict, Netanyahu's arrogance just had a reality check but he's obviously hoping he can pull USA into his bs games while he plays both sides, not supporting Ukraine and simultaneously cosying up to Russia and then expecting the West to support him.

It's all very complicated, with Saudi Arabia and Iran also in the mix.
