Statute of limitations will limit the scope enormously however there is a other issue discussed in the Epstein doc on Netflix.
She is covered under a federal agreement of immunity/non prosecution as part of the extreme sweetheart Epstein deal.
She and all the other women who procured girls for Epstien are iron clad protected.

Yeh, it's more than I can get into in detail, but the American woman in that video pretty well botched the legal analysis she set forth- I don't think legal stuff is her bag.
While it is true that the Miami epstein cases ended with immunity for those involved, the immunity was specific to the miami case. The DOJ knew all that when it brought new charges against Epstein, but they had new witnesses for newer cases, and also cases that were old but were not part of the miami case. He and the parties involved in that case did not get immunity for anything they had ever done anywhere. Again, had that been the case the doj never would have had Epstein in the slammer again. It is true that media jumbles it up a bit and it is true that Epstein and Maxwell have defenses for any charges related to the miami specific case but there is more than that going on. He flat out statement that Maxwell has immunity is way, way too sweeping. I mean in court she will attempt to defend herself with that but you can be sure that the DOJ sort of has a different position on that.
In addition her flat-out statement that all of the charges are more than 20 years old so they are a non-starter due to the statute of limitations is ridiculous. There is no statute of limitations for human and sexual trafficking under federal law. There may be under Florida law for the charges he faced years ago but not under federal law. It's complicated. The feds were involved in the miami case obviously, but he was charged and prosecuted under state law, I think but the feds were party to the plea deal whereby they would not prosecute him if the state got what it was asking for. Anyway, what is she thinking. I am not saying there are not avenues for defense but she is wayyy too dismissive. The DOJ whether under a dem or pub sorta knows about those factors. As I said, they had Epstein back in the slam awaiting trial. If everything were as cut and tried as she says he would have had a dismissal right off the bat.

Also, as a reminder, remember that disastrous interview Randy Andy did on the BBC where he said he didnt have sex and the woman said he sweat like a pig and he said he was incapable of sweating? Gawd, does it get any worse than that? Not sure that Andy is really capable of helping himself if he shows up to "cooperate" with anyone. He is another one that his advisors would want to keep in the basement as long as possible until you absolutely must come out. He does zero public events now and for good reason.

Been doing some preliminary research on Epstein, those associated with him, family members of all, political connections, Communist country connections, news media connections, an associated prominent news anchor who is critical of Trump, spying, and arms dealing in the Iran Contra Affair. PS: I would not be suprised to see Maxwell making a claim against Trump, but being silent on others that are associated with the Democratic Party. I notice equity futures are down significantly overnight. Insider trading in anticipation of a big announcement, perhaps?

All allegedly involved deserve due process. This should not be trial by media. Bwaaaaahahaha, fat chance of that, but they are all innocent until proven guilty. That said, it doesn't matter to me how high it goes, how ugly this gets, how broad the scope, how potentially damaging to the whole damn system, the guilty need to burn and burn bad. I doubt that happens because of our double standard system of injustice. A couple who the hell is that types will be sacrificed, maybe a household name or two, but any big time media or political types, not a chance in hell.

The only thing I'd say to that is that once the ball gets rolling, it begins to get momentum of its own and they can't stop it. Like when they did the whole #metoo movement. That took off and got more than they thought it would. \
