I'd say XRP as well as the whole crypto market will rally since this courtcase will be the groundway for many other court cases to be won
 
I haven't paid attention to this in years. Bought a tiny amount just so I could get into the flare snap-shot, as I had never received an air-drop before :)

I am seriously planning soon to divest all my holdings at Kraken. Then re-purchase elsewhere on a Canadian exchange that doesn't create such a horrendous nightmare to track all my staking and other bonuses. It's not worth the head-ache when it can be so much more simplified.

I should be locking in capital gains for the majority of stuff, so I won't have to worry about the 30-day wash-sale trade rules hitting me.
