Xela: More Likes than Posts!!

I've been out of the forum for more than a year and since I'm reading it again the only user that is trying to help people and give their point of view with education in every post of users that need advice is @ Xela. Maybe I havn't given her any thank but it's because I'm not used to do it... I'm trying to get that good habit. And even if she had a female picture I've never tought if he / she was male or female, that has nothing to do with trading.

I won't be posting anymore sorry. I don't find the quality in the responses I read. And I am sorry to say I don't believe Xela is a profitable trader. The profitable traders are busy making money and refining/coming up with new strategies and enjoying their wealth living life in the real world. They are not posting on ET especially not with the frequency that she does.
I do come back to read the posts from old timers 10years ago. I believe some of them were successful but they are no longer on this forum. Quite understandably they have better things to do with their time /life rather than collect "likes".
However even back then the ones worth listening too rarely posted because they were busy making money.
That's ok though because ultimately my time is best spent researching price action, developing my statergy and testing them in the live markets instead of spending time on ET. Every trader has to carve their own path to success. That is the nature of this business.

Yes, we are responsible for our own paths.

You are correct with the idea that winners do not normally have eight billion posts. However, you absolutely mistaken about Xela and her trading.

Rin4et, your question-threads have drawn out strong replies, even from little know posters who I have developed private threads with

... (nodding in acknowledgment and thanks).

Perhaps you will reach out to those who you respect in private threads. This has worked for me.

Xela's posts are spot on - She takes the time to articulate her valuable insights, the kind of wisdom that is hard earned. 'A fisherman always sees another fisherman from a far'.

I am male and have at times been over the 1,000 post mark with slightly more likes, been sliding lately which feels like a relief. I bring this up only to deflate the notion that only a female could pull off the post/like ratio.
