Wyoming House advances doomsday bill

"At the same time, Wyoming has some of the lowest poverty statistics in the nation. It ranks second lowest in the percentage of households receiving cash assistance and lowest of households receiving food stamps or other nutrition assistance."

Well I think the good folks in Wyoming understand the problem with accepting and more importantly denying federal monies when they are not needed........ their Senators are trying to fix the problem.....
