question was not about theretical chance ,but how many persons performed that (was risky enough) from observation of casino dealer.
If 10000 would make that ,clear that some
1000 would perform .
but not each casino player ready to risk 2000$
in one bet.

Well with a max bet of 5k in the normal betting area you won't be able to do this. I am pretty sure that the max bet inside the salon would be 10k

Every casino has different rules for different players. We just installed rapid roulette yesterday for really only one player. He bets 50k per spin and always bets the same amount on the same numbers. So he asked if he could get it in at the Wynn which we agreed to. As of yesterday he was losing 13 million dollars at Caesers. 
So it isn't whether or not the limit will not allow you to do it because one can get permission to go over the limit depending on past visits but the bet itself is rather stupid and holds no advantage.

The bet itself holds about 5.25% disadvantage to the player playing a double 0 roulette wheel. Very bad odds in a casino. Not sure of the math off of the top of my head but even a very bad blackjack player has better odds then that. IMHO counting cards and playing poker are the only two things someone should do in a casino. If you don't then you are wasting your money.
