This broker is charging me 10 percent weekly of the available balance in the account because it costs money to keep an account inactive. I wanted to know if someone has been in a similar situation and what they have done to fix it. They ask me for a large sum of money in advance that I cannot satisfy right now.

Fees size - 10% per week.
SnP500 generates on average 7% - 8% after inflation - per year.
If that tell you nothing, forget trading/investing in general as activity.
If it does, then leave that broker as fast as you can & forget about them.
Then educate yourself, pick up some book and read.
Will save you thousands.

1. You are being scammed and must immediately withdraw any money you still have there, although they may not let you do this since they’re committing fraud. They cannot ask you for more money, and you don’t need to give them more money. Simply ignore such requests.
