Romik: What kind of clearing firm or IB are you using to place your trades? You should always have a back-up phone number, alternate broker or an order desk to call. What will happen if you're long or short 100 mini's in a market panic and can't get out? I've been trading for 34 years and have NEVER had a problem placing an order. Something sounds really fishy here.
