I may seem hysterical; who isn't when there is some loss? But I haven't lost hope yet, so I am still in. I will consider closing the position if the ES drops below 1497.50. As I've said, and I should reiterate, I stand ready to buy at 1497.50.

Sorry to intrude, but you're long 73 contracts? Account size?

100110000.00. approximately. It is really varying now. By my reckoning, I can afford to lose 1% on a trade. I boosted my account by 1% during RTH, so I am still up. BTW, I am long 76 contracts now! I see the bid is up to 1498.25 -- go bulls!

What Delta are you referring to? The word delta is commonly used (as in MarketDelta and similar indicators) to represent volume at the bid and volume at the ask. You're obviously referring to something else which is what caused the confusion. Please clarify.
A delta is a landform where the mouth of a river flows into an ocean.........:p :p :p
look if you don't see the point here and take advantage of it then fine...... would it help you if I gave you every bulk order that took place by size time and all? markets need to be measured and not wild guessed.

what is your reason for going long at 1497.50?

Oh, man! I must be a wild guesser. It is true. Last year, about this time, the futures dropped way below fair value and I made a bundle. Hoping for a repeat, not a 3-peat. Oh! Ye gods! Smile upon me.

And yet you don't know that the SEC is a government body because...

OK, I'll assume the 100mil is a joke. I'd assume you're sitting on something around 250k. In any event, a $3,800 handle shouldn't cause a loss of composure; and if it does you should get out. Stress kills. It forces you to be the weak-hand.

No you just seem not to have a clue what you're talking about. You're talking about "buy contracts" and "sell contracts". In futures there's no such thing as a buy contract or sell contract. Every contract has a buyer and seller. The delta just measures the number of contracts at the bid versus the number of contracts at the ask. It that what you're referring to?
