Well, absolutely. The more I learn and discern from a poster like destriero on the options front makes me a smarter person regarding options. How I utilize that knowledge is up to me, but the information he may present and being available is priceless. If he curses me out for being a dumbass is irrelevant to the knowledge imparted. They are mutually exclusive.Let me ask you this, do you feel that interacting with people who are smarter than you in a particular field or area increases your intelligence, gives you inspiration, triggers new ideas, and in general has a positive effect on you? That's certainly what happens for me.
Why wouldn't the opposite also be true when interacting with trolls or those on the left side of the Dunning Kruger curve?
