WTF - Biden on the loose again without his handlers

Biden got loose from his handlers again and before they could corner him to put the leash back on, he talked to the press. After doing several shooters with Kennedy, Bidan advised people to STF off airplanes, buses, subways, trains etc.

LMAO.

His handlers (now adept at chasing him down and quickly getting him under control) soon had him "clarify" his remarks.

First AF1 buzzes NYC and now Biden try's to panic everyone in to a total lock down mode. Hmmm! What are they trying to distract us from? Maybe they're just completely incompetent. Has to be one or the other. Which is it?
